Shipping Countries

For some European countries, please see the table below for details. If your country is not listed, please confirm with customer service.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • Processing includes order verification, quality check, and packaging.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping times based on location:

  • EU: 1-2 working days processing, 4-12 days delivery.
  • Accessories and parts: 7-14 days delivery.

Shipping Rates

Currently, we offer free shipping to select European countries. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses.

For other international destinations, shipping costs and delivery times vary based on location and will be calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and do not include processing time.

For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once the order has shipped.

Shipping Changes

Costs associated with shipping changes:

Order Tracking

  • Once shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Allow extra time for updates due to local couriers.
  • If tracking info is not received, email support@itstandsbike.com.
  • Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate shipments. This is normal.

Shipping Address

Please ensure all shipping information is correct. Itstands is not responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Itstands is not responsible for loss or theft after signing the receipt. Inspect your product within 48 hours of receipt for damage. Claims for shipping damage after 48 hours will not be accepted. Contact support@itstandsbike.com promptly for solutions and compensation.

E-Bikes are not for sale to persons under 16 years old. Underage riders must be accompanied by parents or adults when riding.
